RoadWag Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from RoadWag. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the case with our fulfillment partner.
Because our products are fulfilled through a dropshipping supplier, returns must be approved before sending anything back. Please do not return items to the sender address shown on the package unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging when a physical return is required. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear, misuse, customer ordering mistakes after the order has been processed, or delivery delays outside the carrier's control.
