RoadWag Shipping Policy

RoadWag currently ships to the United States through our fulfillment partner CJdropshipping. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery to the United States is typically 5–11 business days after processing, depending on carrier routes, customs, weather, and local delivery conditions. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, we will help review the case, but replacement or reshipment may require an additional fee.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. If your package appears delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can review the shipment status with our fulfillment partner.
